Serious prblem: Black stool is serious problem of gastrointestinal tract. Please see your doctor for colonoscopy and ct scan of abdomen and pelvis. Good luck.

Black stool: Bleeding from the upper intestinal tract and stomach can cause black, tarry stool and is an emergency that requires immediate attention. Right sided abdominal pain can be from the gallbladder or liver if upper abdomen, and from the colon or appendix if in lower right abdomen. Regardless, you should get medical attention asap.
