My sister has tiny red dots on her skin and she's saying her joints and muscles hurt she looks pale but her last bloods (july) said she's not anemic. she has a indent in her upper left abdomen with on and off pain & gets full easy. what could it be?

If red dots on her skin would follow up today with ER/ MD as that may be a sign of a low platelet count which could be dangerous.
