What is moderate to severe left neural foraminal stenosis due to disc osteophyte left subarticular disc extursion w/ cranial and caudal migration?

Neuropathy: This is compression of a nerve root exiting the spinal cord by narrowing of the opening through which the nerve passes and is apparently due, at least in part, to a bulging of the disk between two of the vertebral bodies. You need to discuss this with the doctor who ordered the study. Good luck.
