Is zpack used for uti ?

Not usually: Azithromycin (zpack) is not usually used for utis. More commonly bactrim, Macrobid or Cipro (ciprofloxacin) may be used. Having said that, it's not that it can't be used if the organism is sensitive, it's just not a usual drug to use.
