How long after taking zithromax can you develop uti?

Question unclear: If you have received a course of Azithromycin you can develop urinary tract infection during or immediately afterwards if the bacteria was resistant. If not, the Azithromycin will last several days in your system and you could then become reinfected or relapse very shortly after completing the course.
