Sebaceous cyst: Most common small bump in armpit is sebaceous cyst. A swollen lymph node is possible too, if you are breast feeding. You do have breast tissue that extends into the axillary region as well, that could be it too. I would see your doctor or mention at your 4 week postpartum visit. Breast cancer is very unlikely, but any bump needs to be checked out by a doctor.

Lymph nodes: Congratulations you just gave birth. You noticed two small bumps in your arm pit. They are not tender but a little swollen. Since you gave birth you might be breast feeding. It is possible that your lymph nodes are swollen. Best to keep an eye on them and if they remain swollen then show them to your doctor at next visit.
