Be checked: Either be seen or send a picture. Your symptoms and rash could be herpes zoster or shingles. Do you have a history of chicken pox? If this is shingles it is better to start medication within the 1st 48 hours of the onset of the rash. All the best.

Underarm Bumps: Bumps with blisters, that are worsening (i.e. getting red, or spreading) sound like something that should be looked at in person by your primary care doctor. Likely there is something that can be prescribed to help resolve this fairly quickly!
