Breathing may help: Part panic attack is the vicious cycle of co2 & o2 imbalance from shallow panting-like breathing. Blood chemistry gets out of wack. A few powerful full exhales (make grunt noise) followed by a series of nasal full expansive inhales. Hold - then full "whistle-like" exhales.
