Poor sleep patterns: Night terrors/sleep walking and sleep talking are all forms of a sleep disturbance commonly linked to sleep deficits. A short term (days) or long term period where the kid is not getting enough efficient sleep may set it off. Other factors can contribute to the process. Adding as little as a half hour of sleep/24hrs can sometimes decrease or end the events.
