Does sleeping in too hot of a room cause night terrors?

Lack of sleep is pbm: Night terrors are more related to sleep deficit than the heat of your quarters. If you can't sleep where its warm, i can see where the eventual sleep deficit may aggrivate night terrors. Scheduling more time for sleep and getting no less than 7hrs if adult should help. Increasing your sleep time may clear the process completly.
