Exercise and diet: You are looking for the fastest way to get rid of chest and abdominal fat. The best way and fastest way are different. Liposuction would be fastest. The best way would be to exercise daily for 1 hour. Cardio exercise and resistance training. You should also look to decrease caloric intake. This is a life long control method. Good luck.

Old fashioned: Diet and exercise, for weight loss. If that doesn't work quick enough for your tummy, you might consider coolsculpting.
