ADHD Diagnosis...: Most psychologists can diagnose adhd in adults without doing psychological testing. Find a therapist who specializes in adhd & get an evaluation. There are also self report scales who adult adhd self report scales.

Ideal Option: Various other disorders can masquerade as adhd: adhd behavioral symptoms overlap widely with symptoms of other disorders such as anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, etc. Also it's possible to have adhd *and* one or more other disorders. If you want the best 4 yourself, i'd recommend getting a good psychological assessment. Ask around 4 psychs known 4 their psychological assessment skills.
