Testing and clinical: Testing is one way to go. It is expensive and hard to find a place to do it. For psychiatrists with experience in diagnosing add/adhd, a targeted interview investigating key symptoms, will give you a diagnosis in one hour. You can discuss also the treatment options at that time. Add in adults is widely prevalent, but it depends on the daily routine and job demands to become an obvious problem.
