Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) lost effect: It is not dangerous. Several possibilities - have you recently switched to a generic form? When was the last time you had an adjustment in dose? Did you get enough sleep last night? Are you taking anything else - i.e. Medications that can be sedating like antihistamines, or other sedating prescribed medications.
