I took 20mg adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) ir since last feb and now stopping because it isn't helping me anymore. how bad will my withdrawl be and how long will it last?

No withdrawal: There is no actual withdrawal per se in terms of cravings or psychological symptoms. You may find yourself overly sleepy for about seven days and then that will go away. Best wishes.
