Whole fruit: Hello. People often crave that to which they which they are addicted. Bottom line, is that juice is full of carbs / sugar (usually without fiber). If you are finding yourself addicted to juices - you can try substituting whole fruit instead. It is recommended that you have 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day.
