Easy : Take it under the tongue. Your addiction to opiates and irrational action of shooting up suboxone, suggests significant impulse control and behavioral issues. Will likely benefit most from intensive 3 month + rehab. Suggest your find yourself an addiction psychiatrist for life.

Ongoing addiction counseling is also needed. There are techniques that addiction specialists can offer that will help reduce cravings and associated behaviors that lead to drug usage.

THIS IS A PROBLEM: This makes very little sense as the medication has built in Narcan (naloxone) to block opiates. Definitely need to speak to a physician for addiction.

Inpatient rehab: Suboxone is designed to be taken orally. Shooting Suboxone is not recommended and is dangerous. I recommend you finding an inpatient rehab program where you can benefit from addiction specialist as well as psychology/counseling and monitored detox program.
