Rehab: I'm sorry to hear that you and your brother are really going through a hard time. It sounds like your brother has abused different classes of substances. Obviously a long term rehab program would be his best bet. If that's not feasible, titration off of these drugs by an addiction psychiatrist is a good alternative. Hope that helps & good luck!
