With difficulty: To have the best chance of losing weight, you need to stabilize yourself with consistent sleep and stress reduction. If in an ongoing very stressful situation, you would find it hard to make the big lifestyle and eating changes needed to lose weight. Work with a counselor on your stress management, or changing the situation you're in. Work w/doctor, nutritionist, & trainer on weight loss.
