Unlikely: The prescription, written with 6 refills, is kept on file in the pharmacy and can be refilled within the time limits of the state pharmacy law. If you doctor had a reason to cancel the refills, then he probably could call the pharmacist and do so. But this would be very unusual, especially for an item that has 6 refills to begin with.
