Pinched nerve: Something is irritating a nerve, specifically a branch of the 5th or slum bar vertebra or first sacral vertebrae both, or the peroneal nerve, which wraps around the lateral upper joint in your knee. You need a good examination it could conceivably be coming from the pinched nerve in your back, providing its either at L5 or at s1.
