Akathisia: For specific treatment advice, ask your neurologist or psychiatrist. Not much scientific evidence guides clinical judgment if Propranolol has failed; still, consider asking your doctor about other lipophilic beta-blockers, benzodiazepines, levetiracetam, valproic acid, or tricyclic antidepressants.
