Probably not: The reason you shake after using albuterol is different from the shaking that is helped with Cogentin. The shaking caused by albuterol will get better after a few days Avoid caffeine till the shakiness gets better, also avoid medications with sudafed or ephedrine, (ephedrine sulfate) which will make shaking worse.

Cogentin (benztropine): Talk to your doctor about possible upgrading of the dose by 0.5mg., but cautiously since you have Gastro paresis.
