Both can work, BUT: I think these traditional drugs both work equally well and have significant and substantial anti-cholinergic side effects, such as visual blurring, dryness of mouth, postural hypotension, bladder issues, drowsiness, dizziness. With your restless leg issues, maybe a dopamine agonist could address both issues. Discuss with your doctor.
