Cogentin (benztropine): Being a potent anticholinergic agent, it can cause sedation, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, urination hesitancy, dry skin, etc.

Cogentin: For the most part it is safe but people can have anticholinergic side effects. SE's: dry mouth & nares, blurred vision, headache, dizziness, rapid heart rate, hallucinations, confusion, nausea, decreased appetite, weight loss, constipation, decreased sweating, skin rash, difficulty urinating & sedation.
