Low carb diet: I've found a low carb ketogenic diet containing about 60+ grams is protein & below 40 grams of carbs along with mild exercise the most effective for weight, fat and girth loss and to fight through a plateau. If you get in mild ketosis which is fat burning state your hunger level will be very little. If you've already done so, see your doctor & might qualify for short course of appetite suppressant.
