Start!: The old cliche applies here: the longest journey begins with a single step. You are not going to see dramatic changes in two weeks no matter what you do, but you need to start some time, so why not now? Begin with small changes and add as you go. If you don't enjoy the gym, walk. Cut out pastries and add fruits. You need to change your lifestyle permanently, so get out there and get going!
