I would always : Recommend in person counseling, especially until you have a relationship with the therapist. There are some sites, but why not meet with a therapist?

In person: While I understand that people have different reasons for seeking online counseling, nothing can substitute for counseling done in person. If you have insurance, see what your mental health benefits are. If you do not have insurance, see if you qualify for either Medicaid or Medicare. Mental health benefits are part of both of those programs.
