OCD worsening: Please see your psychiatrist ASAP for medication dose adjustment or change. Hospitalization is always an option in severe cases, especially if there are elements of psychosis or suicidal thoughts along with it. Otherwise, your doctor can see you even every day if necessary as an outpatient to get your OCD under control. Hang in there. You may just need a higher dose of an SSRI, which is common.
