Having night terrors combined with hallucinations, what is going on?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See a sleep doc: Go to the american sleep association website and you can type in the word hallucinations for an excellent discussion of the topic. 25% of the population experiences sleep hallucinations, they are more common in women, and often pass with time. Night terrors are common in childhood but can continue on into adulthood. You can read more on them at www.Sleepassociation.Org i recommend a sleep disorders consultation with a sleep specialist.
