FluidsFiberFollow-Up: The two often go together, especially if the hemorrhoids bleed and/or hurt.But the constipation just makes it all worse.So firstly, get those hemorrhoids evaluated by a doctor;he or she will put them in perspective and suggest things. In the meantime try and soften the poop. Don't get dehydrated.Use a stool softener(e.g. Ducolax)and fiber(Metamucil) and avoid medications that cause constipation
