See a surgeon: You could have a thromboses hemorrhoid it is very painful and what the ER doctor did is releasing the pressure by taking the clot out you need to do warm water sit bath in the bath tub continue your local treatment like preparation H or anusol and keep your bowel going and soft no improvement need to see a surgeon
