NO if it is: Thrombosed hemorrhoid is pain full as blood is trapped under the skin , will progressively shrink may take couple of wks and pain disappear . Ideal situation if the clots were let out by a small incision ( I &D ) will have immediate relief from pain.

Hemorrhoid: Other than associated constipation, there is no danger. I would advise using a stool softener.
