See below: Possible delayed sleep phase syndrome with sleep deprivation & poor sleep hygiene. (1) keep same sleep wake cycle 365 days/year (2) adjust sleep cycle to 10pm to 6am slowly (3) wake up same time ( eg. 6am) irrespective of time of bed if not working nights (4) avoid caffeine and stimulants after noon (5) daily bm will help with high fiber diet(6) slow deep breathing exercise daily for 20-30 mins.
