what is a good way to prevent obesity through school programs?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Maureen Mays
Specializes in Clinical Lipidology
Have programs: Having programs would be a good start. We successfully got children to be anti-smoking with the tobacco education in schools. Those kids go home and tell their parents to quit! we could do the same thing with obesity through exercise and healthy eating. With the public education system financially destitute, another program will be tough - needed, but tough.
