Yes, but a caveat...: Green teas can contain polyphenols, which although serve as antioxidants, can also interfere with fe absorption. The caveat is that the two things (polyphenols and fe) need to be present together for this to really be a problem. If you are eating a balanced diet with adequate fe, and drinking green tea on occasion, i doubt you will have a significant effect from the latter on the former.
