Might be a node: A small painless lump in your armpit may be just a lymph node. Unless you're getting more of them there or other places, it's growing, or having other symptoms (rashes, fevers, sweats, etc), i wouldn't worry too much. If it doesn't go away over the next couple of weeks, you could have someone check just to be sure.
