Armpit lump.: Generally, this would be one of three things: (1) impacted hair follicle, (2) lymph node, or (3) Hidradenitis. The first two issues are fairly benign and would respond to just time and perhaps warm soaks - they'd be about the size of a pea. Hidradenitis is more dramatic and larger in scale in the armpit - this could be a rather significant bacterial infection.

Cannot say: without an exam AND Hidrantiva is quite common. so are lymph nodes Hidrantiva will certainly need antibiotics if not mild outpatient surgical drainage. It's going to have to be looked at.
