Not clear: Although your description is not totally clear, it sounds like you have a cyst which is benign. If you want to confirm the diagnosis see your family physician or a dermatologist. Squeezing it out will not help since the contents will just reaccumulate.

Sebaceous cyst : You may have an infected follicle or a sebaceous cyst or other. The white stuff may look like melted cheese. Sometimes this needs surgical removal or it will recur. See your doctor for surgical evaluation. If there are more of them then hydratinitis may be another diagnosis.
