Is it common for a 36y pt to have multiple bilateral renal cysts, hepatic cysts, splenic cyst, and adrenal cyst all at once? shall i worry about mets?

NO: Commonlly cystic formations are non malignant, having so many i will see an specialist and try to find the cause for too many cysts.Also cystic formations can get infected have them checked asap.

Something else : Do you have a diagnosis? Family history of polycystic kidney disease? Radiologist is probably best dr to talk to as will correlate your history with specific cyst patters seen on imaging. Will also be able to recommended additional diagnostic tests & use intervention techniques to diagnose, drain & treat as needed. Apckd > hydatid cysts can do this. Confirm its adrenal cyst vs adenoma, .
