Could a rv 2.3cm (under2.5 norm), be an early sign of pulm stenosis? no symptoms, all echo findings were norm. no regurg in any valves. or is 2.3 ok?

Likely normal: In the absence of symptoms and no other electrocardiograph findings, this is most likley a normal value (assuming adequate r heart images were obtained). 2.3 is still within the standard deviation.
