Need investigation: Your description of parotid gland looks like warthin's tumor a benign condition but need further investigation to make sure is not a malignant lesion by fna ( fine needle aspiration biopsy ) which is 95 % accurate along with mri. Treatment option surgery or close observation if it is benign.
