Arthritis: This is a very common problem. Osteoarthritis of your hips, or degenerative disc disease (spondylosis) of your spine are the most likely causes. Exercise to strengthen your back muscles might help. Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen or Naproxen might help. If this has been bothering you for more than a few weeks, see your doctor.
