How normal would it be for my hip joints to hurt after walking/jogging on the treadmill?

It can happen: Walking or jogging on treadmill is weight bearing exercise puts stress on hips and may cause pain, may be because you may have to alter the way you walk or jogg on the treadmill.Also there may be over extension of hips which may conribue to the pain, if it happens you have to slow down and try not over extend the hips on treadmill and slow the pace and gradually condition your self.If persist seemd.

Hip pain: First, define the location. It is your hip if it is anterior in the groin and it is not referred from internal pelvic pain, hernia, or referred ls pain.
