Not ER: Er's should be for life threatening illness or severe pain. Even if you went there tonight, it would likely take hours to be seen, you would have to find an all night pharmacy if you need a prescription, and then do the treatment which consists of leaving on medicine for 8-12 hours. So you are not going to get relief tonight from them. Take some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for the itch tonight and urgent care in am.
