Must use controller : There is no real substitute of inhaler except keep a nebulizer with inhalation sol for emergency'.You can get free inhalers from your doctor.I can understand if you have no insurance so inhalers can be expensive.For those days, keep Prednisone home and use sparingly as adv by your physician.
