hi i get low for no major reason, increasing more often, and dealing with alpha type people is getting harder and makes it worse, is this depression?

Dr. Heidi Fowler
24 years experience Psychiatry
Depression: Sorry, i can't diagnose online. Clinical depression is a constellation of symptoms. We all feel low from time to time & negative interpersonal interactions can amplify that. Consider discussion with your family physician or a therapist. It will help to determine if you do have depression. Worst case scenario- it provides reassurance & you get perspective & support. Take care.
