Depends on degree: It depends on the degree of renal artey stenosis. For mild -diet and nutrition. For moderate-acei/arb+diuretic+statin; for severe angioplasty dilatation or with stent or atherectomy or bypass. The surgical option is not done as much it used to be in the past as medical and surgical survival is getting same. Please see your doctor and good luck.

Options: Several options are available, including a stent, bypass, or other options. You need to see a vascular surgeon or urologist to discuss them.
