Blood tests: There is absolutely nothing in the two results you shared that would indicate any type of cancer. Perhaps I am missing something but this is not how cancer is diagnosed.

Albumin and protein: The Albumin and total protein measurements are to see if you are nutritionally sound. These are not indicative of cancer, just if you've been eating and are not malnourished. Those levels sound fairly normal although every lab has a different set of normal.
