Not a lot you can : Do at homes besides soaking youe bottom in warm water. They will likely burst on their own if dont get drained. You can apply warm moist heat to it as well. I dont usually use antibiotics for these simple boils. If pain gets worse go to an urgent care or er and they should be able to help you.
